个人简介:博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。现任best365官网光电实验中心主任,河南省静电检测中心副主任,郑州市低维量子及器件重点实验室量子材料物理方向学术带头人。博士毕业于郑州大学物理工程公司,光学专业。长期从事微纳光电材料与器件的设计及其量子调控领域的研究。通过量子限域效应调控了过渡金属硅化物超薄膜的电子生长与性能,为纳米尺度金属半导体接触性能的改进提供了指导;利用应变等手段增强了Janus结构的自旋轨道耦合效应,并改善了其光学性能,推动了二维半导体自旋光电器件的开发。发表SCI论文20余篇,主持完成国家自然科学基金1项,河南省高等公司重点科研项目1项,荣获河南省自然科学学术奖二等奖1项。
